today's WOD = punishment beyond imagination

day 38

back on track!!!!

meal 1: paleo pancakes (flaxseed, egg, banana, and almond butter cooked in coconut oil) w blueberries, walnuts, and a touch of honey on top

meal 2: scrambled eggs, tomato sauce, spinach, olive oil

snack: pecans, almonds, raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds

WOD from hell: 150 squats, 150 push ups, 150 pull ups, & 150 sit ups

meal 3: paleo meatloaf: onion, carrot, eggs, GF beef, olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, spinach, salsa

2 paleo nutty coconut cookies (made them for eric's rent and sister)

You are definitely back on track, and you didn't really fall off the tracks for long, just a few scattered cheats that were good for the soul.

Agreed about the WOD, it was one of the most challenging in a while. Feels really good to have done it though!
