yes!!!
i like how i can be having a stressful work day, and/or feeling the weight of life's challenges, and then at 6pm, i crossfit, and my mood instantly lifts and i feel happy and energized. exercising the body does wonders for both the ass and the mind!
breakfast: 2 HBEs, avocado, walnuts, salsa
lunch: paleo beef-loaf, spinach, salsa
snack: almonds and apple
WOD: row + 3 68-lb powercleans & 10 pushups for 12 minutes = 8 rounds and 7 push ups
dinner: went grocery shopping, got home late, chatted with the E., showered, played with the cats, and then decided i just didn't feel like making any food. (didn't get enough sleep last night. darn that Holocaust!) i grabbed a banana, ate leftover tomato sauce, and drank tea. consider it a semi-fast. every once in a while i eat light at night to detox. tonight's the night!
