i am trying to stay off my computer as much as i can, since i have come down with a sad case of computer body: my wrists, neck, and shoulders constantly ache from many many hours of daily computer work. am limiting facebooking to the iphone, which can be a bummer. as a sociophobe, i love to facebook.
FRIDAY
coffee w milk and honey(got at cafe at brare) and almonds
jasons deli: tuna roasted tomato wrap with fruit, a little ice cream
WOD! did well. 78 lb power cleans
good girl paleo dinner: spinach, pine nuts, olive oil, eggs, salsa, onion, choc.
SATURDAY
work: taught am class at brare
lunch at crave: veggie omelet with goat cheese, fresh squeezed strawberry orange juice, potato, coffee with milk and honey
dinner: my new usual clean! meal at moes, a few caramels
SUNDAY
lots of coffee eric made for me w creamer and cinnamon
hamburger and veggies
eggs, salsa, banana
nuts and brownie...dang it. made brownies for eric and i obsessed until i ated one
tired!!!!

i undoubtedly didn't eat strict paleo over the past three days. i have learned so much as a result of participating in the paleo challenge, and am going to maintain many of my new ways of eating. i am so glad i did the challenged, but am definitely wrapping it up. i have more thoughts on this, but want off the computer. to be continued!!! :)

I know the feeling. I am trying to figure out a new way to program computers without sitting at my desk and withering away. Still searching.
I can't wait to talk to you about my learning's this past weekend as well. I was a bad girl! I would love to bounce ideas off of you. We (me, you, and Diane) need a Paleo breakfast after a Saturday WOD sometime after Easter!
