fasting -- felt gross from debauched non-paleo consumption
late lunch: 3 eggs, pine nuts, salsa
WOD 15 rounds at 73 lbs of chief. i was trying SO DANG HARD to properly power clean that i bruised the F out of my shins, knees, and thighs, and STILL didn't properly pull. :( Perhaps I need to reduce my weight? is so frustrating! why do i suck so badly? why can't i fully get it? My brain segments what should be a fluid movement. i cannot seem to graze my thighs -- though i must have at some point else i wouldn't have the bruises -- nor do i pull with sufficient alacrity once I get the bar past my knees. DANG IT! I must think "2knees-AGGRESSIVE!" at least i am more mindful of keeping my wrists straight now.
