paleo flaxseed and banana pancakes w extra egg and raspberries, apple, walnuts w a little honey for breakfast and lunch
3 hbes, sunflower seeds, avocado, walnuts, & only a small bit of salsa in prep for veggies (see social snack)
social snack: a little chicken & roast beast, broc, tomatoes, carrots, a small slice of cheese, a little dip, white choc, 2 glasses of organic red wine = deliciousness with no hangover. e's sister and her BME came over with lots of snacks to watch weird science. BME, age 38, had never seen WS. Can you believe that shite?! i had a little non paleo food. must be honest. this weekend has been bad for me, people. i'm ashamed. ;(

meal 1: back on track with 3 HBEs, a wee little bit of chicken, avocado, a little broc, 2/3 tomato, olive oil, 1/3 of an apple
MUST. BE. STRONG!
meal 2: clean @ moes: chicken, lettuce, onions, salsa, avocado, cilantro, cucumber. i don't miss my old standby that included grains/gluten in the wrap, cheese, and chips
a little of eric's ice cream
snack: veggies, dark choc., nuts

One day of little cheats = no big deal. Important thing is that you got right back on track today.
I am ashamed to admit that I also never saw Weird Science, I never heard of it. Rich has seen it and just told me about it. I feel deprived and need to see it too.
