MuscleDriver sent me the wrong @#$!&%& size...again.

day 37

To be fair, the error is partly my fault, on a smaller scale, but still. MD encourages customers to purchase one's gym size in the ladies weightlifting shoes, which is vague. MD should recommend women to order 1/2 size up from our REGULAR SHOE size. the 10 was much too big, so i enclosed a letter requesting a size 9 in my return. However, I realized that i needed a 9.5 AFTER trying on Melissa's shoes. we both will have the girly shoes...i hope. :/ so i left TWO phone messages with MD, and emailed my contact, who said MD recd my messages and would send me a 9.5. when my doorbell rang this morning i grabbed the box with excitement and ripped it open, only to find a size 9 staring up at me. DISAPPOINTMENT. i was excited to wear my weightlifting shoes while deadlifting tonight. fucker.

breakfast: banana and nuts and raisins and dried apricot

i've decided to bake all my meat from now on. am tried of gamey meat. :( if only i could go vegetarian and get enough protein. alas.

tea

lunch w my bro at jason's deli. i stayed outside with Berlin, his Akita, while he got me a salad and soup: tomato soup and lettuce w chicken, olives, tomatoes, no dressing. i put a little balsamic on top. guess what? both dishes came with cheese on top! dang. had to remove. i was naughty. i got a little ice cream. at least i didn't get the cone. (insert shrugging emoticon)

mac nuts and dark choc

CFE: 3 rounds of 250, 500, and 750 on rower

WOD: deadlift -- PR'd at 153. :)

dinner: a little chicken (gamey-EW!), walnuts, almonds, red sauce, spinach. mac nuts with dark choc. i ate a lot of nuts today.

i've been performing badly in terms of adhering to paleo these last few days. i must get back on track. no choice. no excuses. stupid wagon ejecting me. seriously, i'm disappointed in myself. must regroup, get it together, and stay disciplined. only 23 days remain!!! :0
