"fasted" until coffee at 1p @ starbucks: ordered cinnamon latte. didn't know COFFEE latte = v. bad. i thought latte simply meant expresso with spices and some steamed milk. nope. the cinnamon starbucks variety contains syrup, which is no bueno. i shall have to find another drink. i was OK with a little milk as a non-daily indulgence. (am finding i need more caffeine to stay awake and not nap the day away -- stupid z.) however, i do not want to consume syrup. ew. dang it. why is most every food polluted with shite? i cannot even find a list of ingredients in the syrup that barristas put in the latter i ordered. so frustrating.
meal 1: moes salad: chicken, lettuce, black olives, salsa, avocado, cilantro, cucumber

my time was ridiculously good at 12:11, which means i was doing something wrong. i never have one of the best times. so i practiced knees to elbows and asked everyone for tips. i am going to work on getting my knees closer to my elbows. i lifted 65 pounds for the clean n jerk. although that was no picnic, i will go up by 5 to 8 pounds next time. (73 was a wee too heavy today.)
meal 2: made chicken, clean red sauce w almond flour, spinach, garlic, onion, olive oil, dark choc, and mac nuts
