Day 42
I don't want work to return to work tomorrow. The next two weeks are going to be so intensely busy and therefore stressful. Can't wait until the day I do the job of one person instead of the jobs of three people. I can haz my sanity back?
big brunch: sausage, eggs, avocado, salsa, banana paleo pancakes, blueberries, raspberries, pecans, walnuts, a little honey, tea
snack: apple and AB; pistachios
dinner: chicken loaf of onion, garlic, flaxseed, olive oil, chicken; yummy pesto sauce of tomato paste, olive oil, flaxseed, garlic, and toasted pecans and walnuts; side of spinach, broccoli, onion, garlic, and ACV = really good
