Day 30

meal 1: banana, blueberries, a few walnuts, 1 HBE

meal 2: leftover tuna, onion, garlic, spinach, red bell pepper

snack: meatloaf and walnuts

so tired.
am grading like a demonic mofo up in this bitch!
soon to crossfit :)

WOD: threw 84 wall ball shots at 14 lbs and completed 4 rope climbs. wahoo! got to hold beautiful baby Oleana (sic). I wants one.

meal 3: 3 HBEs, avocado, sunflower seeds, lemon, onion, salsa, carrot red bell pepper, spinach = yum! and v. colorful. :)

jasmine dragon pearl decaf tea from teavana = soothing
