Spring Break is almost over :(

Day 40...already!

Am trying to find the motivation to leave my house and go to the autobody shop. i love the rain, but don't want to go out in it.

my arms are SCREAMING!

Last night i met my girlfriend, whom i haven't seen since the paleo challenge began, to go rollerskating. was fun. i worked up a sweat! elisa looked at me upon entry into the roller rink and said, "oh my goodness," pointing to my torso. i thought she was mezermized by my fashion choice, but no, twas my arms! she said i looked really defined, and had definition and muscle in places she's never seen on a lady. **happy dance** also, a few days ago, some folks at the salon, whom i see every 6 weeks, said i looked lean and trim, and that my skin looked great. eric and andrew, my people who see me on the regular, said i am looking trim. eric said i am proof that hard work does pay off over time, that it's worth the wait. he loves my body and says i am v. sexy. (awwwwwww.) am very happy about that!!!!

i am watching the news -- i've become a pretty hardcore libertarian, but feel that knowing how both sides tell and/or spin current events is one key to securing objective information and forming a well rounded, informed opinion. i currently am flipping between Fox and MSNBC. A Michelle Obama aid just announced that they intend to mandate children to consume at least 3 servings of grains per day, in an effort to fight the U.S. epidemic of obesity in children. Guess why this irks me?

meal 1: tea, small piece of paleo meatloaf and salsa, 1 paleo pancake w blueberries, walnuts, and a bit of honey

meal 2: 1 HBE, pistachios, tomato sauce

CFE: row -- 6 rounds of 2 minutes on

WOD: front squats 3 in a row. PRd at 93 lbs! :)

meal 3: delicious stir fry chicken with fresh yellow squash, onion, garlic, broccoli, ACV, pecans. a few raspberries for dessert
