if anyone wants to join, we can meet at my house off la faunce way at 7am. my house is just 1.4 miles from site -- would make for a good warm up.

eggs, strawberries, banana, walnuts, coffee w a little organic skim milk, honey, cinnamon
lunch at chef brooks: chai w/ almond milk, curry chicken salad, cole slaw. good, clean food!
wod: 5 rounds of wod 3: row 250, 15 kbe, 7 kte. very happy w my performance!
dinner: chicken, zucchini, onion yellow squash, pine nut pesto, a wee bit of eric's evil chocolate marshmallow caramel panini. :)
