Day 44

Day 44 indeed

meal 1: spinach, 3 eggs, paleo tomato pesto w pine nuts

meal 2: 2 HBEs, banana, strawberries, almonds

snack: apple

WOD: 30 back squats at 78 lbs, 200 m sprint, 30 burpees = 6:20

dinner: paleo chicken loaf featuring ground walnuts, pecans, and almonds; veggies: onions, spinach, yellow squash, eggplant
