day 47
breakfast: 2 eggs, salsa, spinach, clean sausage
meal 2: paleo chicken loaf with pine nuts and squash
fighting migraine. don't have pain, thank goodness, but have the loopy out of body no energy feeling that accompanies a migraine, particularly after the pain. is no wonder this is happening, in light of last night's onset of a an unusually intense p. (i've noticed there are three of us ladies experiencing lady time at once. am not surprised.)
i just have to keep repeating to myself that this stress with ebb soon. i have to hold on.
meal 3: paleo hamburger w avocado and tomatoes and some mustard at kate and jason's for ben's birthday. had large serving of chocolate cake and ice cream (kate served!!) felt gross after. am v. bloated. wahhhh.
